Girly Names

We finally decided on two girly names after MUCH debate. I remember with Anna Claire how hard it was to choose one name, but two names is SO difficult! Teaching for ten years tainted me and we both have very strong ideas about how a name sounds/looks/etc. We have ended up with two that we love and completely agree on:

Brynley Harper & Brylen Reese

Yes, they are a little bit of a tongue twister when said together, but we love them. They are sweet and southern, just like their big sister, and look great when monogrammed! :) Of course, that was HUGE with me.

I can't wait to make them some hats and onesies with their names stitched on the front!

Girly parts

Anna Claire likes to kiss my belly twice each morning to tell her sissies good morning. So sweet! This morning she was quite interested in how the top half of my bellybutton is starting to pop out and that her sissies were pushing on it from the inside. Then she busted out with, "There's going to be lots of 'ginas round here!" (Her word for vagina--poor kid has had uti's and lots of catheters for testing done, so she knows the difference between her "tee tee" and her "'gina".) I almost died. My kid makes me laugh every day. She is right, though!

I promise I am still alive....

Wow! So much has happened since my last blog post and I have so much catching up to do. I hope I can get it all done before the twins arrive because it will only get harder after that to stay on top of things. We found out this last week that both of our babies are healthy GIRLS! We are soooo excited and can't believe we are going to have three little chickies running around our house. It will promise to never be dull, I am sure. For this bow and ruffle sock makin' momma, I am super excited! Here are the latest photos of our little ones. I will start having sonograms regularly to chart the progress of the girls to make sure all is well. They are laying right on top of each other in separate placentas with their heads and feet opposite of each other. They are already kicking each other. It looks like we already have another thumb sucker! Looking back, I was SO SICK in the first trimester of my pregnancy and it was all because of estrogen poisoning. It makes sense and will be worth it. :)
